FANNY LUMSDEN: ‘YESTERDAY’S GONE’ – FLEETWOOD MAC LEGACY INTERVIEW

One of the world’s most loved bands, Fleetwood Mac, takes on a new life with an all-Australian line-up to celebrate their music.

As one of the stand-out shows for the 2023 Night at The Barracks series, the critically acclaimed Yesterday’s Gone, is launching its first tour around Australia in August and September 2024. Paying homage to Fleetwood Mac’s enduring legacy, Kav Temperley (of Eskimo Joe fame), country pop artist Fanny Lumsden, Charlie Collins, and Karen Lee Andrews are all acclaimed stars in their own right. They will be backed by some of Australia’s finest musicians to perform all the incredible hits including Dreams, Landslide, Don’t Stop, Rhiannon, Go Your Own Way, Everywhere, Songbird, Gypsy, Little Lies, Say You Love Me and more!

Australian Musician editor Greg Phillips caught up with Fanny Lumsden (just before she heads to New Zealand on her Country Halls tour) to chat about the Fleetwood Mac legacy and the upcoming August/September tour of the show Yesterday’s Gone.
