BLUESFEST TOURS ANNOUNCE TOM MORELLO AUSTRALIAN TOUR

Grammy-winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and guitar revolutionary Tom Morello is heading to Melbourne and Sydney for two headline performances ahead of his highly anticipated sets at Bluesfest 2025. Morello, known for his electrifying work with Rage Against the MachineAudioslaveProphets of Rage, and Bruce Springsteen’s E-Street Band, will bring his unparalleled energy, mind-bending guitar work, and politically charged anthems to Australian audiences for the first time in over a decade.

Morello has spent his career redefining the boundaries of rock guitar, creating some of the most iconic riffs in modern music history. His trailblazing sound, marked by explosive solos and genre-defying effects, has influenced generations of musicians and earned him a Grammy Award, a Metal Hall of Fame induction, and a place among Rolling Stone’s “Greatest Guitarists of All Time”. Morello’s powerful catalogue includes classics such as Killing in the NameBulls on ParadeLike a Stone, and Guerrilla Radio—tracks that have become anthems of resistance across the globe.

In addition to his legendary career, Morello remains one of music’s most outspoken activists, using his platform to fight for workers’ rights, social justice, and global change.  

With the debut single Soldier in the Army of Love from his forthcoming first full-length solo rock album out now, Morello’s Australian tour will be an electrifying mix of career-defining hits and new sonic explorations.

BIG NOTER TO JOIN MORELLO FOR DEBUT PERFORMANCE

Supporting Morello on these highly anticipated headline shows will be BIG NOTER, the brand-new project from Australian hip-hop icon BRIGGS

In BIG NOTER, Briggs trades beats for guitar riffs, tapping into his hardcore, punk, and metal roots for a raw and explosive live experience. Produced by Nick Didia (Rage Against The Machine, Pearl Jam, Bruce Springsteen), BIG NOTER is set to drop their debut album in 2025, making these headline shows an exclusive first look at what promises to be one of the most exciting new heavy projects in Australia.

A proud Yorta-Yorta/Wurundjeri/Wemba-Wemba man from Victoria, Briggs has spent the past 15 years dominating the Australian hip-hop scene, supporting and collaborating with legends such as Ice Cube, Body Count, MF DOOM, and Ghostface Killah.
