The Melbourne Guitar Show is back this weekend at its new home at the Victoria Pavillion, Melbourne Showgrounds (Epsom Rd, Ascot Vale).
When: 10am-6pm Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday

The incredible lineup of exhibitors includes leading global and Australian brands, guitars, amps, pedals, print music, accessories and much more. For the first time Pedal Empire are bringing their ‘Pedal Party’, a showcase of Australian made pedals, and there’s a luthiers area as usual.

Fender have a separate room with their own program, several brands are launching at this year’s guitar show, and there’s no better opportunity to make connections in the industry when it comes to guitar products.

Melbourne Guitar Show’s impressive lineup for 2025 showcases a diverse range of genres, guitars, and presenters including rock, blues, jazz, funk, Americana, flamenco, and more. Featuring Dallas Frasca, Triple Fret (Kathleen Halloran, Jimi Hocking & Phil Ceberano), Paul Mason & Brett Garsed, Minnie Marks, Youtubers Leon Todd & Superfunawesomehappytime Pedal Show.

And don’t forget Australian Musician editor Greg Phillips interviews Australian music legend Paul Dempsey on stage at midday on the Saturday, celebrating Australian Musician’s 30th anniversary. And we might be ble to coax a few songs out of Paul too!

Fender’s program includes Cassidy Paris, Shirtless Bass, Leon Todd, Mitch Power, Scott Darlow and Dallas Crane.

The new Make Music Room will feature workshops presented by MGS partners Rock Academy and I Heart Songwriting Club, as well as guitar maintenance workshops with Modern Musician and more.
