Attendees at St Kilda’s George Lane were treated to a joyous musical experience last night at Triple Fret, a celebration of some of our finest guitarists featuring Kathleen Halloran, Jimi Hocking and Geoff Achison (Three recent Australian Musician magazine ‘Musicians of the Month’), joined by the superb rhythm section of Andrew Swann (drums) and Tim Curnick (bass).
In an extra special moment, Australian music legend Kate Ceberano joined the band for a powerful version of Heart’s Barracuda, followed by The Beatles’ Come Together. The palpable joy coming off the stage was mirrored by the energy from the audience. Jason Rosewarne was there to capture all of the action.
