Beatrice has recently garnered industry attention with an invitation to attend the inaugural Red Bull Music Academy in Montreal. Here she collaborated with artists such as Suzanne Cianne, Theo Parrish, Just Blaze, Deradoorian (The Dirty Projectors) and Shake It Machine from Switzerland with whom she will be finishing an EP with this year. Working with some of Australia’s finest writers and produces, such as Hermitude, Joelistics, Jaytee Hazard and Lewis Can Cut, she curates, performs and works in and with a collective of artists to form genre bending songs with influences from hip hop, pop, electronic, dance and disco. They have recently released their debut single ‘Not About You’ which according to Purple Sneakers was “undeniably one of the best Australian debuts of the year” and had heavy rotation on JJJ. Beatrice is also the DJ for Australian rapper Joelistics of TZU fame.

Back in her own studio, a space filled with vintage synths and samplers, stringed instruments and a myriad of curiosities, it’s a rich bed to create the many electronic music incarnations that will see her “Move toward the Mountain” EP premier release this year.
