Singer, songwriter and guitarist Dean Ray first came to the Australian public’s attention as a contestant on the TV talent show X Factor over a year ago. Since then, Dean has been driven to play to as many people as possible, proving to everyone that he’s got what it takes to be a consummate performer. The touring bug was embedded into Dean at a very young age, when he travelled with his music-making parents, playing in their band. He also spent much of his youth developing his guitar skills. In this interview with Australian Musician’s Greg Phillips, Dean talks about his guitars and stage set up.
