Almost three decades ago a young, fresh rock n roll band named Baby Animals formed in Sydney, continuing Australia’s legendary lineage of quality hard hitting rock bands. Fronted by the intoxicating Suze DeMarchi, Baby Animals enjoyed a string of hits in the 90s, including Early Warning, Rush You and One Word. After a successful recording and touring career, the band called it quits in 1996 but then reformed in 2007 and have been touring steadily ever since. Guitarist Dave Leslie is responsible for those iconic Baby Animals licks and will be bringing some of that magic to the Melbourne Guitar Show this year, when he debuts his new 4 piece band.
