Galactic Music is a wholesaler which has come a long way in a short time. At AMAC this year Managing Director Paul Goldsmith and General Manager Chris Cumming were on stand to talk up their line of quality gear.
Of note was Behringer’s Europort MPA40BT-Pro Portable PA system which connects your iPhone via Bluetooth or wireless microphone via the Behringer USB. Chris Cumming chats about the system below.
Also on stand was the range of Stagg Accessories including their sturdy, low-noise cables. A small detail but nifty was the fact the cables are tied to the packaging via little velcro ringlets rather than the usual hard plastic rings for which you need industrial- sized scissors to remove. The ringlets can also be re-used. It’s the little things that make a difference.
Rotosound strings were also prominent on stand including the fine R10 Roto Yellows, nickel on steel electric guitar strings. Again, another neat detail, they come with an extra 1st string.
Other brands on stand were Aguilar , who make some awesome bass amp products including the Tone Hammer 500, featuring the legendary Aguilar sound in a small lightweight design. Plus also exhibited on the Galactic stand was Protection Racket
