Laney Amplification is a UK-based guitar and instrument amplifier manufacturer formed in 1967 when Lyndon Laney, while playing in a band with John Bonham and Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), decided to turn his interest in music to amplifier construction.
Initially working from his father’s garage, Laney built amplifiers with features unheard of at the time. Laney amps gained popularity among influential musicians, and continued growth in demand has seen Laney develop into a multinational company providing tone solutions to help musicians achieve tonal ecstasy.
Laney: The sound behind The Prodigy, The Foo Fighters, Killswitch Engage, Skindred, Black Sabbath and more.
