PRO-MOD DK24 2PT
Charvel’s Pro-Mod DK24 models are a perfect fusion of elegance and high performance, designed for a new breed of player whose musical vision and versatility knows no boundaries.
• Pro-Mod DK24 HH 2PT CM Poplar Burl, Caramelized Maple Fingerboard, Transparent Black Burst ($2999.00 AUD) A brazen instrument for the progressive guitarist searching for an unparalleled spectrum of sound. The alder Dinky™ body is topped with poplar burl and features a sculpted shredder’s cut heel and a scalloped lower back bout for easy upper access to the fingerboard. The bolt-on caramelized maple “speed” neck has graphite reinforcement, silky-smooth hand-rubbed satin urethane back finish, heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel and Luminlay® side dots. Its 12”-16” compound radius caramelized maple fingerboard features comfortable rolled edges, 24 jumbo frets, 4mm pearloid dot inlays and Graph Tech® TUSQ® XL nut. Brimming with versatility courtesy of the mini two-way toggle switch for series and parallel, this axe features a custom Seymour Duncan® Full Shred SH-10B bridge and custom Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro™ APH-1N neck pickups combine for a crisp top-end with low-end articulation, along with soaring highs and silky lows. PRO-MOD SAN DIMAS® STYLE 1
Ideal instruments for dazzling high-speed playing, the Pro-Mod San Dimas® Style 1 models boast scorching sound, stunning style and grin-inducing playing feel and performance.
The San Dimas alder body is coupled with a bolt-on maple neck featuring a pair of graphite-reinforcement rods to resist bending and warping under environmental stresses. Designed for lightning-fast playing and completely unhindered position shifts, the speed neck features comfortably rolled fingerboard edges and a 12″-16″ compound radius fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets and heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel.
The new San Dimas offerings include HSS and HH pickup configurations featuring a variety of versatile and powerful Seymour Duncan pickups, as well as ebony and maple fingerboard options and either a Charvel HT6 string-through hardtail bridge or Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo system.
