Much loved and respected local guitarist Ross Hannaford is experiencing some serious health issues at the moment and his friends have come together to show support with a wonderful benefit concert on Saturday July 18 at Memo Music Hall. Brian Nankervis will host ‘Concert For Ross Hannaford: Dance If You Want To’ with an historic line-up together for one night including Ross Wilson and Wayne Duncan of Daddy Cool, The Black Sorrows, Mike Rudd, Bart Willoughby, Kerryn Tolhurst, Steve Hoy, Bruce Haynes, Margo Barrett, Ray Pereria as well as The Rockwiz Orchestra featuring Peter Luscombe, James Black and Mark Ferrie.

Most will know Ross Hannaford as the eccentric propeller-capped guitarist from iconic Australian band Daddy Cool. Within our local musician community however, Ross is known as being our greatest living ‘feel’ guitarist, possessing a tone that sings with incredible expression and clarity.

Tickets for the Concert For Hannaford will go on sale at 9am Thursday 2nd July 2015 via
