Be part of the movement to create positive change in human & environmental well-being.
The people behind Lovebusk have been collaborating with amazing musical artists and inspiring speakers to create a unique and engaging festival experience and LoveBusk is now pleased to announce the first round of artists.
Collaborators will be busking live and streaming from their home, studio, back stage or where ever they are, anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Fans simply log into www.lovebusk.com on their favorite device (computer, laptop, tablet, smart phone) and purchase LoveBusk Tip Dollars. They then enjoy the interactive LoveBusk experience and distribute “tips” to their favorite artists and speakers.
50% of profits from each Tip Dollar goes to the Artists or Speaker’s chosen “for purpose” partner and the other 50% of profits goes to LoveBusk’s “for purpose” project – which is building a Children’s Village with / for homeless and orphaned kids in Uganda, Africa in 2016 with OrphFund. 2

ASANDA MQIKI + ECGLA
Performer
Not only does Asanda have the title of being a jazz vocalist under her belt but she is also a voice lecturer, song writer and a music director, based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Her skill is not only in singing but in directing and creating music, and guiding other vocalists in tapping into their inner voices. Watch Asanda here

ASH GRUNWALD + GREEN MUSIC AUSTRALIA

ARIA & APRA Award-winning musician Ash Grunwald is a man at the long peak of an incredible career, with a reputation of not-to-be-missed rocking performances. 13 years since the release of that first blues record, Ash welcomes you as always to strive toward life’s greatest mission amongst the chaos and the challenges – the presence of good times, the energy for action and the possession of a happy heart. BEN LEE + INKARRI

A beloved singer-songwriter, Ben has enjoyed critical and commercial success throughout his distinguished career. Always looking to make his offering towards his own awakening, and that of humanity, Ben recently said of his song ‘Victory’, “We’re determined to continue to fight the good fight. There is a battle for a compassionate loving sustainable existence in a world of peace.” Watch the video to Happiness here. LoveBusk was in part inspired by Ben Lee’s music & actions … he has graciously accepted an invitation to Welcome the World to LoveBusk.

DJ SAMRAI + YOUTH OFF THE STREETS
Performer
Ministry of Sound’s DJ Samrai – a DMC & ITF National Champion – will have you amazed in a matter of minutes as he masterfully battles the turntables with his diverse song selection and trickery. He has versatility, energy and charisma and has been a regular on the festival circuit from Good Vibrations to Stereosonic. Time to trick it up – Check him out here!

CYRUS + KIDZWISH
Performer
Upbeat musician, songwriter and golden-voiced singer, Cyrus recently released his self titled debut album featuring recorded studio tracks from his winning run on X-Factor 2015. For LoveBusk, Cyrus will strip back the layers and show-case his raw vocal and instrumental talents. Check out one of his acoustic performances here.

EXCELSIOR + PRESTON CAMPBELL FOUNDATION
Performers
eXcelsior is both a traditional and contemporary Indigenous performing arts group based in Queensland, Australia – “It is a tool that we use to share our stories and messages to any audience of any background and still be understood. It’s a language we use that can show the oldest living culture and turn it to a journey of the present. Our bodies can be used to express stories from our deepest vulnerabilities to the pride in ourselves and culture, in ways that words just wouldn’t suffice. Whether it’s through performing music, dance or theatre, it is through this choreographic language that makes our messages translatable so to allow the world to relate, understand. Essentially, it reminds us all that we are humans together as one, and this is how we can communicate.” Check them out here.

EMMANUEL JAL + GUA AFRICA

Emmanuel Jal was born into the life of a child soldier in war-torn South Sudan. Through unbelievable struggles he managed to survive and go on to emerge as a recording artist and social activist. He has released five albums, a best-selling book and an award-winning documentary called “War Child”. He speaks and performs around the world and founded his own charity GUA Africa. JAMES “THE IRON COWBOY” LAWRENCE + RODS RACING
Speaker
James “Iron Cowboy” Lawrence will talk about “Making the Impossible, Possible”. He recently accomplished the seemingly impossible 50-50-50. 50 Ironman Races in 50 consecutive days in 50 States of America and raised over $1M US dollars for the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation. KEVIN JOHANSEN
One of the rare eccentric and eclectic recording artists who manages to court major acclaim, both critical and popular, Kevin Johansen has charmed audiences throughout Latin America & around the globe. Now residing in Argentina, Kevin is a 3x Latino Grammy nominee and will perform an intimate busking set from South America. Watch the video to Anoche Soñé Contigo here

MURAT KILIC & SPICE DJS + ORPHFUND
Performer
Murat is helping define DJ-Busking as co-curator of the Dance House. Murat’s early experience of dance music was strictly from the dance floor. This club habit soon turned in to an addiction of buying 12-inch records that then became an extensive vinyl library. Since then Murat has come a long way in establishing his career on the underground music scene globally, with regular appearances at some of the world’s top clubs and production skills that are being sought after from many forward thinking record labels from around the world. PIERCE BROTHERS + BEYOND BLUE
Performers
Pierce Brothers have taken their music from busking on the streets of Melbourne to the world. The acclaimed live act has been shaking dance floors and selling out rooms across the UK, Europe, Canada, USA and their native Australia. The duo have sold over 50,000 EP’s independently. Comprising of twin brothers Jack and Pat Pierce, they say “the last year of travelling and seeing the world as both part of touring and just general travelling has been an incredible opportunity for us and has been a wonderful creative boost.” Check out their official video here

SHEBA + ORPHFUND
Performer
International singer and all-round entertainer Sheba, is a vivacious sexy and charismatic performer. From jazz to soul to pop, Sheba speaks and sings in several languages. “I am inspired by Divas who affected political change from Josephine Baker who was a spy for the allies and adopted children from around the world to Nina Simone who was an incredible civil rights leader”. STEVE ARGENT + ORPHFUND
Speaker – Why Should You LoveBusk
Steve Argent is Founder & Director of OrphFund – LoveBusk’s “for purpose” partner in 2016. Together we hope to build a new children’s village with / for homeless and orphaned kids in Uganda, Africa. Steve will be speaking from on the ground in Uganda. OrphFund design micro villages, with, and within an existing village – offering housing, water, food, sanitation, health facilities and schools in-conjunction with developing farms, gardens, bread ovens, rice fields and other small income generating projects that helps their work take steps to self-sustainability.
