2-10 OCTOBER 2021
Connecting Games, Technology & Culture

Join Australian and international influencers, businesses, and industry for Melbourne International Games Week – Asia Pacific’s largest digital games celebration – featuring online conferences, workshops, events and activities for the games industry, enthusiasts, educators and public. Melbourne International Games Week (MIGW) is Asia Pacific’s largest digital games celebration featuring conferences, events and activities for the games industry, games enthusiasts, the general public and educators.

Melbourne International Games Week is curated by Creative Victoria, with the guidance of a steering committee of industry experts. Established in 2017, the committee acts as a conduit to the broader industry and provides support, expert advice and guidance.

Music is such an integral part of games, but who decides which songs get included – and how can you get your music licensed and in the mix?

Join this event from 10am to 1pm on October 7th, to hear from gaming experts, artists, publishers and music supervisors in interactive sessions.

Speakers include Tom Salta (Atlas Plug), Mason Lieberman (Tencent), Kaila Love, Woodes, Fabian Malabello (Boss Battle, The Otherworld Agency), Mark Mitchell (Electric Dreams), Maize Wallin, Jules Bain (Mushroom Music Group), Jess Barlow (Native Tongue), Yasmin Naghavi (Media Arts Lawyers) and Justin Bumper Reeve (Hidden Track Music US).

A limited number of free tickets are available: REGISTER HERE

Creative Victoria is the Victorian Government body established to champion and support local games and creative talent and grow the state’s creative industries.
