Paul Dempsey, frontman of Australian band Something for Kate, performs their 2020 track “Situation Room” on his American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster. This Artist Check-In was filmed at Small Time in Melbourne, Australia.

Paul has been playing Acoustasonic guitars since acquiring the Telecaster model in 2019. He used this guitar during the recording and writing process of Something For Kate’s first album in 10 years, The Modern Medieval, released in late 2020.

The Fender artist check-in highlights musicians from around the world celebrating their music & art. In the past, it has featured artists such as Tash Sultana, Hayley Mary & Johnny Marr.

The American Acoustasonic – Jazzmaster ($3,999.00 AUD) represents the next phase of purposeful innovation that drives Fender acoustic guitars. The power of the Fender and Fishman Transducers Inc.-designed Acoustic Engine is sure to deliver true inspiration, delivering 10 different body style and tone wood combinations.
