Port Macquarie based Guitar Retailer Port Mac Guitars have purchased a second PLEK Machine as part of their continued commitment to provide customers all over Australia the best playing Guitars and Basses possible. This new machine will arrive before the end of the year and comes three years after the installation of their first PLEK Machine.
PLEK has become an integral part of the stores acclaimed GEniuS™ Guitar Enhancement System. A proprietary process of refining and optimising each new guitar and bass sold, all to the customers specification. “It’s been three years since we introduced the GEniuS™ Guitar Enhancement System with PLEK to the Australian market and we’ve yet to see any other store match this level of commitment to their customers in providing exceptionally improved and setup instruments, let alone the added value with every eligible purchase.” says Rob Mestric, Port Mac Guitars Store Owner.
The new PLEK Machine will be installed at the retailers Port Macquarie location by the end of this year in a soon to be expanded workshop area. “We are expanding our repairs and service area by 100% to allow for greater throughput of not only the guitars we sell, but also for customers own instruments to go through the process. We have always offered GEniuS™ with PLEK for people to have it done on their own guitars as a paid service, but have never pushed it due to the workload we have doing all the guitars and basses we sell. With the addition of this second machine and the extra hiring and training we have been doing over the last several months, we will now be able to actively offer this great service to customers all over Australia.” says Mestric.
Port Mac Guitars currently offer the GEniuS™ Guitar Enhancement System with PLEK as a free inclusion with all Guitars and Basses sold through their website.
