SONGER UNVEILS NEW SINGLE “BONES”

Following a prodigious 2025, Reading’s finest Songer has returned to the UK rap scene with a track that’s reminiscent of his earlier years. Stripping it back to what he knows best with his latest single, “BONES” is anchored in the nostalgia of Hip-Hop’s Golden Age, the 25-year-old has polished off his pen for an unforgettable spin down memory lane.

Welcomed with a jazz-infused Hip-Hop production, “BONES” houses an old-school feel that Songer’s punching delivery compliments seamlessly. Paying homage to his earlier years growing up and listening to Hip-Hop, “BONES” is a nod to some of the greatest names around. Glossing the beat with his razor-sharp penmanship, Songer delivers a track that’s infused with reflective bars and head-turning punchlines, further emphasising his lyrical ability.

When asked about the single, Songer commented, “Bones to me is an ultra nostalgic feeling Hip-Hop song, reminiscent of why I started writing in the first place. A blend of introspection and braggadocio, over an instrumental that just feels like home.”

About Songer: Housing over 100+ million streams in the past year alone, the Reading-born artist has continued to build a fanbase through authenticity, adaptability, and razor-sharp lyricism. Arguably one of his best-known songs to date, “Toxic” became the UK’s second best-selling rap record of the year, spending eight weeks in the Official Top 40. Closely behind sits huge collaboration hit with Birmingham producer K-Motionz, “Vino Bandit”, which has now surpassed 95 million streams globally, both of which are on track to become Gold certified this year. At just 25-years-old, Songer has earned 1x Gold certification in Australia, 3x Silver and 1x Gold records in the UK, and two BBC Radio 1 Hottest Record in the World premieres with Jack Saunders. Having kickstarted last year with a huge collaboration with household name Aitch, shortly followed by a sold-out Australia and New Zealand tour supporting Dizzee Rascal. He’s also played Europe’s biggest festivals, including a headline spot at Reading and Leeds Festival with over 40,000 fans in attendance, not to mention a major debut at Splash! in Germany and Glastonbury in the UK, as well as selling out every UK show ever announced, cementing his status as one of the country’s most vital new live acts.

The announcement arrives alongside the release of the band’s latest rager You Get One and the official music video. When asked about the inspiration of the track, vocalist Landon Tewers commented: “A meditation on current society. Up is down, down is up. Nothing is what it seems we often forget what it means to be human.”

About The Plot In You
During 2023, The Plot In You kickstarted a new era with Vol. 1 with Divide, having generated over 44 million Spotify streams and counting followed by Left Behind, exploding to the tune of 82.9 million Spotify streams with no signs of slowing down. Upon the arrival of Forgotten, Revolver praised it among the “6 Best New Songs Right Now”. The Plot In You’s Vol. 2 EP is a powerful showcase of the band’s evolution, blending raw emotion with polished musicality, and stands as a testament to the band’s growth and artistic maturity, captivating listeners with its intense yet introspective narratives with tracks Closure, Don’t Look Away, and All That I Can Give further solidifying their place as one of the genre’s most compelling acts. Built on the momentum of the previous instalments, the penultimate Vol. 3 sees the band pushing their sonic and emotional boundaries even further, amplifying their inimitable blend of industrial-tinged textures, crushing heaviness and deeply introspective songwriting, leading up to the grand finale of The Volume Series, out Friday, July 10.

In the quartet’s latest offering and first release from Vol. 4, You Get One comes out of the gates swinging with existential fury. With haunting, glitchy electronics, a driving rhythm, and vocals that fluctuate from eerily digitalized murmurs to in-your-face screams, the track serves as an observation on the counterintuitive nature of current society, and the expanse between being a human versus what it means to be human.

HEALTH ANNOUNCE NEW EP ADDENDUM OUT APRIL 30. FEATURING NEW SINGLE A.L.O.N.E OUT NOW. TOURING NATIONALLY THIS SEPTEMBER

HEALTH have announced their new EP ADDENDUM, set for release on April 30 via Loma Vista Recordings. The forthcoming project brings together new material alongside a selection of previously released collaborations, serving as the final chapter in the band’s RAT WARS / CONFLICT DLC saga.

“The trash decade continues.”

Ahead of the EP’s release, HEALTH have unveiled their new single A.L.O.N.E, a haunting and deeply atmospheric track that wouldn’t feel out of place at the Bang Bang Bar in The Roadhouse. A steady, understated bassline gives it a pulse, while layers of synth drift in and out, creating a sense of space and stillness. Its intro subtly nods to the work of composer Angelo Badalamenti.

Of the track, the band explain: “We wrote this song immediately after David Lynch died, which at the time felt significant,” says Jake Duzsik. “Then it ended up coming out much later and it seems to have lost almost any meaningful connection to that event, even for me. There is some sort of life lesson in there but I’m not sure what it is.”

ADDENDUM will also feature a second new track, RUIN, which arrives ahead of HEALTH returning to Australia this September for a national tour with Perturbator and King Yosef.

Last month, HEALTH also announced further dates for their 2026 co-headline tour with French synth-metal artist Carpenter Brut.

HEALTH continue to cement their position as one of the most vital forces in modern heavy music, chronicling the emotional decay of the digital era with unrelenting precision while further exploring deep existential undercurrents through a borderless genre lens.

Describing their audience as a ‘coalition of subcultures’ spanning memelords, heavy music diehards, the perverted, and the pop culture-obsessed, this new era is designed to speak directly to their fanbase. For all its existential weight, it remains grounded in a core principle: enjoyment.

BER  RELEASES DEBUT ALBUM  GOOD, LIKE IT SHOULD BE FEATURING NEW SINGLE “GIVE IT ALL AWAY”

Rising alt-pop artist Ber releases her debut album Good, Like It Should Be, a 12-track project that captures a defining moment of self-discovery, emotional clarity, and hard-won joy. Rooted in warmth, introspection, and a newfound openness to love, the album marks Ber’s most fully realized body of work to date. Ber kicks off her U.S. headline tour in support of the record this month, following support dates with SYML across Europe and the UK and Calum Scott in North America.

Primarily written in Pepin, Wisconsin, and Minneapolis alongside frequent collaborators Rob Milton (Holly Humberstone, The 1975) and Bradley Hale (Now, Now), the album moves fluidly from shimmering alt-pop to country-leaning warmth. Good, Like It Should Be unfolds as a deeply personal time capsule—one that traces Ber’s journey toward trusting herself and embracing the good in her life.

LISTEN & SHARE: BER – GOOD, LIKE IT SHOULD BE https://bermusic.ffm.to/goodlikeitshouldbe

“It took me a really long time to figure out what the album was going to be called and what the track listing was going to be,” Ber says. “Every time I would make any iteration of the album track list, it all centered around that song… I just love it, and it feels really true. That was always my goal with making an album – for things to feel true.”

At its core, the album reflects a shift inward, capturing a time capsule of personal growth as Ber learns to let herself embrace joy, move past self-doubt, and look inward as much as outward.

The project arrives on the heels of previously released singles, including “Good, Real,” “Who’s This,” “Book Cover,” and “Cool, Boy,” each offering a different window into the album’s emotional landscape, from the euphoric rush of new love to moments of vulnerability and self-reflection.

Ultimately, Good, Like It Should Be is anchored by acceptance: of love, of self, and of the idea that happiness doesn’t have to be complicated, marking a defining new chapter for Ber.

ABOUT BER: Ber’s happiness rushes in all at once. The Minnesota-born, London-based singer and songwriter has spent years following her curiosity, moving between cities, studying music in Norway and northern England, and writing with artists and friends until she finally found her own voice. Her songs blend alt-pop shimmer with country warmth, marked by humor, heart, and a knack for finding truth in small, everyday moments.

Ber first caught attention with her breakout single “Meant to Be,” a viral moment that introduced her blend of wit and emotional candor to a global audience. Since then, she has earned praise from NPR, The Line of Best Fit, and Ones to Watch, and has shared stages with artists including Maisie Peters, Sigrid, Tom Odell, supporting SYML across Europe and the UK, and Calum Scott in North America.

Whether reflecting on love, self-discovery, or the strange joy of growing up, Ber’s music feels like a deep breath, a reminder that even the messiest parts of life can still feel good, like they should be.

WARDE ELLIOTT ‘ROUGH RIDE HOME’ (SINGLE)

Warde Elliott releases “Rough Ride Home” – title track and third single from forthcoming album

Australian singer-songwriter Warde Elliott will release “Rough Ride Home” on April 7, 2026, the title track and third single from his forthcoming album.

A deeply reflective piece of narrative songwriting, the track traces Elliott’s long emotional journey back to the regional NSW town he once struggled to return to, pairing vivid memory-driven lyrics with a rich, melodic arrangement that allows the story to unfold with quiet power.

For Elliott, Rough Ride Home reflects a complicated relationship with the place he grew up. When childhood isn’t the safe place it should be, the towns connected to those years can become difficult to face again.

For a long time Elliott carried that distance with him, avoiding home and blaming the town itself for experiences that shaped his early life. Over time that perspective shifted, and the song captures the moment when resentment softens and acceptance begins to take its place.

The lyrics move through snapshots of youth and memory — long hot summers, old records spinning in a bedroom and the dreams sparked by hearing Bruce Springsteen through a cheap stereo. The refrain “It’s always been a rough ride home” carries both the weight of those memories and the emotional distance travelled before Elliott can finally sing the closing line: “I finally see the good in this old town.”

Musically, the track balances intimacy and lift. Elliott’s acoustic guitar anchors the arrangement while pianist Pete Batt adds expressive melodic movement.

A beautifully melodic bass line from Paul Cartwright provides warmth and flow beneath subtle electric textures from Fabio Pertile, while the evocative pedal steel of Shane Reilly brings an expansive emotional resonance to the recording.

Elliott’s vocal sits at the centre — rich, lived-in and direct — delivering the song with the kind of quiet honesty that has become a hallmark of his writing.

Rough Ride Home is the third single released from Elliott’s forthcoming album, which will also mark 30 years since his 1996 debut Son of John.

‘You Would Know’ is out April 17 via Golden Robot Records. Pre-save now on all major streaming platforms.

ABOUT TOY SAINTS: Toy Saints are Sydney’s new wave of alt-rock, blending 90s guitar hooks with modern indie urgency and a sound that moves confidently across genre lines. Rebranding from their previous project Elliott Road, the band enter this new chapter with over a decade of shared chemistry and a sharpened creative focus.

While rooted in melodic 90s alternative rock, Toy Saints push beyond revivalism, weaving indie grit, shifting textures and dynamic tension into songs that evolve rather than repeat. Big hooks meet unexpected turns, giving their music both punch and depth. Their single ‘You Would Know’ captures that balance in full force. Silvery, layered backing vocals collide with gritty, chant-driven passages, growling guitars and heavy percussion, creating a sound that feels both polished and raw. It is music built for late-night drives and packed rooms alike.

Cutting their teeth on Sydney’s live circuit, Toy Saints have shared stages with The Lazy Eyes, DZ Deathrays, The Terrys and The Rions, building a reputation for high-impact performances that translate their genre-fluid songwriting into something immediate and physical.

With Golden Robot Records behind them and a clear vision guiding this era, Toy Saints are staking their claim as part of a new generation of Australian guitar bands unafraid to stretch the boundaries of indie rock.

They also shared “Nobody (from Kaiju No.8),” which serves as the end credit song for the hugely successful manga-turned-Anime series Kaiju. The group also released “Chasing Paradise”, with Kygo, “Tell Me” with Ikky and Karan Aujla, and teamed up with The Supermen Lovers to release a new version for the 25th anniversary of their beloved track “Starlight”, titled “Starlight (The Fame).” A few months ago, the band released the single and video “Give Me Something,” which serves as the official theme song for Arknights: Endfield, the highly anticipated video game that launched January 22, 2026. The band recently returned from New Zealand, Australia and Asia and will continue their international run with April headline stadium shows in China and Europe this Summer.

BETH LUCAS UNVEILS RAW NEW SINGLE ‘WHAT I DESERVED’

Australian Country artist Beth Lucas has released her deeply personal new single ‘What I Deserved’. Written eighteen years after the experience of her first love, the track is a candid reflection on the complexities of young adulthood and the mistakes made on both sides of a first serious relationship – a song she never expected to write. Though the track was already written, Lucas refined the key elements during the recording process alongside producer James North.

Through her trademark confessional storytelling, Beth explores her own shortcomings and the lessons learned from a formative romance she once thought she’d never revisit. After surfacing subconsciously, years after Lucas had “pushed it down and moved on”, ‘What I Deserved’ has evolved into a form of therapy – transforming a suppressed memory into a moment of growth and resolution.

“This is easily one of the most vulnerable songs I’ve ever written and I know it’s finally the right time to share this part of my story. Like a lot of my songs, the lyrics eventually found their way out in the middle of the night, and when I sat down the next day, the song basically wrote itself. It feels good to finally release it”.

ABOUT BETH LUCAS: Beth Lucas creates confessional modern country with an alt-edge, blending “sad girl country” vulnerability with the vocal power of Sara Evans. Her sound is a deliberate evolution – originally rooted in the emo and alternative scenes, Beth returned from a brief hiatus with a refocused devotion to raw, honest storytelling.

A two-time Tamworth Songwriters Association award winner, Beth followed her 2025 New Songwriter of the Year with the 2026 Geoff Mack Commemorative Award for ‘What I Deserved’. Her ascendant trajectory is backed by the coveted Keith Urban scholarship and a  dominant presence on the Australian circuit, including a win at The Ekka’s Country Music Showdown.

With what Lyn Bowtell calls “talent and grit”, Beth has opened for artists like Alexandra Kay and Dylan Wright. Having had multiple performance slots at Gympie Music Muster and Groundwater, Beth continues to prove herself as one of country music’s most compelling and persistent rising voices.

THE COMEDOWN SETS IN WITH NEW LYKKE LI TRACK, ‘SICK OF LOVE’ – OUT NOW

FORTHCOMING STUDIO ALBUM THE AFTERPARTY TO BE RELEASED ON MAY 8 –
PRE-ORDER/ADD/SAVE NOW

Single out now via Neon Gold / Futures Music Group

Listen to single

Pre-Save Album

With one month to go until the release of her highly anticipated forthcoming album, The Afterparty, internationally acclaimed and beloved Lykke Li has dropped yet another irresistible tease, this time with her latest track ‘Sick of Love’, out now with a visual – watch HERE.

If ‘Lucky Again’ was the euphoria and the high of the party, ‘Sick of Love’ is when the endorphins fade, and the comedown sets in. Drawing upon themes from earlier songs through uplifting metronomic Balearic percussion and a post-comedown lens, imagining herself lingering at the party as the cleaners sweep up the dregs. “It’s this moment of complete humiliation, and you’re trying to be strong,” she says. “I had a lot of fun writing these lyrics,” she says, “I laughed a lot.” That sense of mischief carries into the song’s closing: the voices of children laughing and playing, the echo of an inner child she refuses to let go.

‘Sick of Love’ comes just days ahead of her Coachella performance, where she will be hitting the stage on Friday, April 10 and again on Friday, April 17. This will be the first time Lykke Li performs music from her latest body of work and marks the beginning of her 2026 tour, which will take her to The Fonda in Los Angeles on April 14, then to Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Mexico City, Ireland, London and across Europe this summer. For more information, go to https://lykkeli.com/tour/

Executive produced and written by Lykke Li and longtime collaborator Björn Yttling in Los Angeles and recorded in Stockholm with a 17-piece string orchestra, The Afterparty blends disco-glowing strings, flute flourishes, and what Lykke Li calls “apocalyptic bongos,” with lyrics that confront shame, desire, and existential uncertainty. At just 24 minutes, the album is both expansive and exacting, a dance record for the end of the world, capturing the strange clarity that arrives once the party is over.

Across nearly two decades, Lykke Li has carved a singular lane in modern pop defined by emotional extremity, melodic precision, and fearless intimacy. Since her breakout debut Youth Novels (2008) and the global success of “I Follow Rivers,” she has continued to evolve through the critically acclaimed Wounded Rhymes (2011), I Never Learn (2014), So Sad So Sexy (2018), and the immersive audiovisual album EYEEYE (2022).

MORGAN EVANS RELEASES LIBERATING  NEW SINGLE AND ACCOMPANYING VIDEO ‘LETTING YOU GO’

VIEW OFFICIAL CLIP HERE #1 AUSTRALIAN COUNTRY ALBUM STEEL TOWN OUT NOW

Solrise Records / Virgin Music Group’s Australian-born, Nashville-based country star Morgan Evans has dropped Letting You Go, his new single and video from the freshly released album, Steel Town which has held the #1 spot on the Australian country album chart for 2 consecutive weeks. (Album out now).

Written by Evans with fellow Aussie Lindsay Rimes, the track is an upbeat blast of windows-down jangle-pop where “you” is every assumption, hope, and plan that came before, sung at the top of Evans’ lungs. “It feels like shedding a skin or something like that.” he describes.

Filmed in Nashville, the clip sees Evans and Kyler Finney receive an SOS message from a contact in desperate need of moving on. They proceed to navigate the suburbs in a junk collection truck gathering discarded items of past personal relevance. The video features playful representations of Evans’ experiences with personal connections and online trolls, transporting the objects with a plan to dispose of them, cast everything painful aside and successfully move forward.  (View here)

Morgan expressed today… “I hope this gives you a good laugh!

This song has always felt like a lighthearted, nostalgia-soaked release valve opening, and I wanted the video to feel the same way.

Easily the most fun I’ve ever had making a music video. Shout out to comedian Kyler Finney for bringing the vibes and Director Quinton Cook for having the vision and helping bring it to life.

Cheers to letting go of the shit that no longer serves you. And cheers to gas station hot dogs and the aspirational place where you play drums, with said hot dogs, on the steering wheel.”

Fans can look forward to live performances of the new track on both Australian Idol and Sunrise early next week.

Letting You Go follows the previous singles, album title track Steel Town, the stunning duet Two Broken Hearts feat. Laci Kaye Booth, and Beer Back Home, his first single of this new era written over a period of reflection spent in Newcastle, reigniting his passion for songcraft.

His much-anticipated national album theatre tour commences on Thursday 21 May with shows scheduled for Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane and all ages shows in Adelaide and Sydney, with special guest Laci Kaye Booth (USA) joining for all dates.

“The Steel Town Tour will be the biggest tour I’ve ever done. The biggest show, the biggest band and a record that was created to be shared live! I can’t fucking wait!”, he expressed.

Evans also forms part of the line-up for Meatstock in Toowoomba on 11 April and Gippsland on 18 April and has additionally been confirmed as the headline act for Country Fest in Townsville on Saturday 13 June.

ABOUT MORGAN EVANS: Beneath the globally appealing country sound Morgan Evans is known for runs the unmistakable influence of his coastal Australian roots. Raised by blue-collar parents on a few acres of land along Australia’s east coast, he carries that grounding with him wherever his music goes.

It’s been two years since he last released music. Evans spent much of that time in his hometown of Newcastle, the steel city where he first fell in love with songwriting. That period of reflection tapped a deep vein of creativity, ultimately bringing him back to Nashville with a renewed passion for crafting songs that resonate on a global scale. Today, his music has been streamed over one billion times worldwide, a testament to the universal connection he’s built with fans.

His 2018 debut album, Things That We Drink To, catapulted Evans into international acclaim, delivering his first-ever country radio #1 with the Platinum-certified “Kiss Somebody” and the Gold-certified fan favorite “Day Drunk,” while drawing praise from Rolling Stone, Billboard, PEOPLE, and more. In 2022, he headlined Australia’s biggest country music festival, CMC Rocks, and has toured extensively across North America and Europe.

Following two more EPs, Evans hit a new career high with the release of the raw and viral “Over For You.” The track marked a cathartic reset and culminated in two sold-out nights at the iconic Sydney Opera House, just down the road from his hometown—a milestone captured on his 17-song Live at the Sydney Opera House album.

Evans has now launched his next chapter with sophomore studio album, Steel Town, available now.

THE LEMON TWIGS (USA) release new single & video ‘2 or 3

New album Look For Your Mind! out May 8 via Captured Tracks / Civilians

The Lemon Twigs, the project of Long Island, NY brothers Michael and Brian D’Addario, share ‘2 or 3’, the latest gem from their recently announced new album, Look For Your Mind!, due May 8th on Captured Tracks / Civilians.

Of the distinctly optimistic bouncy pop number, Brian says “we played for the first time in Buenos Aires last year and I woke up the next morning having dreamt the chorus. It’s a rare thing for me and even rarer that I end up remembering the words. I had to interpret what “she’s lived 2 or 3 as many lives as me” meant. It made me think of a guy who wasn’t cultured or worldly enough for his girlfriend and had to pretend to be interested in fine art and history.”

Underneath its poppy exterior, Look For Your Mind! contains an undercurrent of paranoia and suspicion. “I do think that now is a time of insanity. You really have to hold onto your own mind if you don’t wanna lose it,” says Brian. The Lemon Twigs sixth studio album is the logical next step, but it’s also much more. With the skills they’ve acquired over the last two records, their many outside productions, and time on the road, they’ve imparted a vital but disciplined spirit. At the LP’s core, as always with the Lemon Twigs, is great songwriting.

New to this album is the inclusion of the live members Reza Matin (drums) and Danny Ayala (bass), as well as Eva Chambers of Tchotchke. With the D’Addario brothers previously having handled everything in the studio themselves, this shows a newfound sense of freedom.

The Lemon Twigs’ two previous Captured Tracks albums, A Dream Is All We Know (2024) and Everything Harmony (2023), certainly indicated something of a ground zero in their then five album career. “It was the beginning of making records that we would listen to ourselves,” says Michael D’Addario, the younger Twig brother, now aged 26. By the time of A Dream Is All We Know and the future Michael classic ‘My Golden Years’, The Lemon Twigs’ new era had truly begun.

In 2023, The Lemon Twigs made their return to Australia for the first time in six years, including an appearance at Harvest Rock festival and a run of headline shows in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. While no new Australian shows have been announced at this stage, the band have just announced an extensive 2026 tour including the US, Canada, UK and Ireland. JANNAH BETH RELEASES HER DEBUT ALBUM ORBITS & ECHOES + NEW SONG ‘moonbaby’ + SYDNEY ALBUM LAUNCH SHOW ANNOUNCED

Jannah Beth  releases her debut album, Orbits & Echoes, a seven-track body of work that marks a turning point in her practice as a songwriter and collaborator.

Featuring already released singles ‘Vintage Red Clubman’ and ‘Spiderweb’, the album release today focuses on song ‘moonbaby’ — a subtle yet movable track shaped by Jannah alongside Andrew Meyer and Jeauneil, pairing UK-leaning production with lyrics that read like a private diary. Anchored by themes of lunar pull, interstellar longing and cosmic energy, the song feels especially personal: both Jannah and Andrew are Cancers, and that emotional symbolism runs deep through the album’s wider world.

LISTEN

BANDCAMP

To celebrate the album release Jannah will perform an intimate show on 9 May at Offbeat Collective in Sydney, tickets here.

Orbits & Echoes began at a moment of hesitation. After years spent building community and creative infrastructure through Offbeat Collective, the artist-led studio hub she founded in NSW in 2021, Jannah found herself unsure how to return to writing for herself. Instead of forcing direction, she allowed the work to emerge organically through collaboration and a responsiveness to place.

The project took shape during a series of instinct-led sessions with producer Andrew Meyer across Offbeat Studios and Bigpop Studios in Aotearoa. What began as open-ended experimentation quickly gathered momentum, resulting in ten songs written over ten days by simply following what felt alive. Later, alongside collaborator Jeauneil in the Blue Mountains, the material was refined through reharmonisation and subtle structural shifts — with Orbits & Echoes ultimately shaped by the songs that remained.

The album arrives ahead of a milestone year of performances. In June, Jannah will perform at SXSW London as part of the ONE OFF TRAKS x New Gen Artistry co-curated showcase, alongside a headline show in Sydney.

A contemporary artist and songwriter whose work blends cinematic electronic production with intimate, diary-like storytelling. A Scottish–Irish settler on Gadigal lands, and the first in her family born in Australia, her music is shaped by instinct, repetition and movement. Across releases including Product Of A Dreamer and FUN!, her work favours motion over resolution, extending into the live arena, where she has toured nationally across major Australian stages.

Upcoming live shows
Saturday 9 May – Offbeat Collective, Sydney
5 June – SXSW London

ROCHELLE JORDAN BRINGING HER GENRE-DEFYING SOUND TO AUSTRALIA THIS MAY ON HER THROUGH THE WALL TOUR

London-born, Toronto-raised, LA-based alt-R&B and soul artist Rochelle Jordan is set to bring her genre-defying sound to Australian audiences this May. Following her already announced appearance at VIVID LIVE in Sydney on 26 May, Untitled Group will present her signature smooth, late-night, dancefloor-ready energy at 170 Russell in Melbourne on Thursday 28 May, before heading to The Crowbar in Brisbane on Friday 29 May on the Through The Wall Australian Tour.

The Untitled pre-sale will run for 24 hours from Monday 13 April 10am AEST – sign up here – with general public tickets on sale from Tuesday 14 April 12pm AEST here.

Rochelle Jordan is redefining what it means to be a pop artist today. With a growing global fanbase and over 200 million global streams to her name, critical acclaim follows Rochelle with every release, earning her a reputation as one of the most forward thinking voices in music.

Rochelle Jordan has been dialed in, honing her craft for the past 15 years. Along the way she’s consistently earned praise from heavy hitters NPR, The New York Times, Pitchfork, The FADER, BET and BBC Radio for her genre-blurring blend of R&B, UK garage, house, electronic soul and pop. Following early cult favourites ROJO (2011), Pressure (2012) and 1021 (2014), Rochelle Jordan returned after a significant hiatus with Play with the Changes in 2021. The album was her ultimate comeback, breaking through the noise to cement her as one of alternative R&B’s most forward-thinking voices, and earning widespread critical acclaim.

Four years later, in September 2025, Rochelle returned with her third full-length album Through The Wall – marking her most acclaimed release to date, and the moment that cemented her global rise. The record is a rich, emotionally charged blend of polished house, alt-R&B and pop, underscored by a clear sense of personal resilience and artistic growth. Spanning 17 tracks, Through The Wall features standouts ‘LADIDA’, ‘The Boy’, ‘Sweet Sensation’ and ‘Doing It Too’ – the album’s latest single for which she unveiled the striking video for last week. Check it out here.

On Through The Wall Pitchfork deemed “Rochelle Jordan is a diva of the after‑hours, with control like Janet and poise like Diana Ross. Big hair, noir lighting, diamonds catching low light—she’s grounded, unhurried.” With The Quietus claimed it is “as if the synths are made of velvet, as if the hi-hats are cut glass”. And The Line Of Best Fit called it “the purest distillation of her vision so far… one of the best pop albums of the year.”

Through The Wall breathes fresh air into pop music as it exists today, an effort from Rochelle and her close collaborator and Executive Producer, KLSH, serving as Rochelle’s longtime Executive Producer who has helped shape her sound since the beginning and assisted Rochelle in bringing her breakout Play with the Changes to life. Through The Wall also that features scintillating collaborations with other seminal producers such as West Coast funk producer DāM FunK, Chicago house legend Terry Hunter, Alabama powerhouse Byron the Aquarius, Japan’s icon of dance music Initial Talk, and the beloved dance architect KAYTRANADA on the trance induced track “The Boy.”

Following Through The Wall’s release, Rochelle Jordan made her national US TV debut on Good Morning America performing her hit tracks “LADIDA” and “Doing It Too” for one of the show’s biggest airings of the year. She also made an insanely good debut COLORS performance of album favourite ‘LADIDA’.

Off the back of her instantly sold-out 2025 US headline run, Rochelle Jordan’s momentum shows no signs of slowing – now deep into her 19-date Through The Wall US tour, with dates once again selling out across the country.

Fans of Doja Cat, Kelela, KAYTRANADA, FKA twigs should not miss Rochelle Jordan when she arrives in Australia this May. A magnetic force in full command of her craft, Rochelle Jordan is a true visionary, moving with a sultry edge and well-earned confidence, firmly in a lane that’s entirely her own.

SYDNEY’S JAZZY K UNVEILS NEW SINGLE ‘BORED!’ AS EP PULSE LANDS IN FULL

With over ten million streams and a rapidly growing online fanbase, Sydney artist JAZZY K is fast emerging as one of Australia’s most exciting new pop voices.

Releasing her new single ‘BORED!’, the Sydney-based artist is taking new steps forward into a bright and dynamic chapter of music. Her second single for 2026, ‘BORED!’ is a track that captures the fun and charismatic nature that is a key part of JAZZY K’s creative DNA.

As part of her new project PULSE, the latest release from JAZZY K feels anthemic and soulful at the same time. Through her music, the artist has been able to strike a balance between the pure fun of pop music and the emotional weight that stirs within classic R&B sounds. Written and recorded in Los Angeles, ‘BORED!’ was a process that took JAZZY K through a whole spectrum of emotion.

“Recording ‘BORED!’ was the most fun and tiring session of my life, there was screaming, chanting, laughing that we left all throughout the record. This song is not about capturing the feeling of being BORED in a relationship, it’s about capturing the moment that you finally admit you are BORED and feel free because you are saying it out loud!” JAZZY K

‘BORED!’ arrives alongside the full release of PULSE, marking a bold new chapter for the Sydney artist.

“Growing up I felt a certain social pressure that pursuing music wasn’t a real future, I felt like every step I took to guide myself into the music industry was a huge risk, so when I finally arrived I had no more fear. No fear or failing, no fear of success, I was finally here. “PULSE” is a reflection of me creating fearlessly – it has pieces of my DNA, pieces of my story but most importantly it is led with my heart.”

JAZZY K’s music has been reaching more and more audiences in recent years, with over ten million streams across platforms ensuring her place as an artist to keep keen focus on. Her music has created an aura around JAZZY K as an artist that is insatiable for newcomers and long-time fans alike; drawn to her relatable sound and emotionally resonant lyricism.

Previous singles including ‘What You Wish For’, ‘Breathe’ and ‘Unbreak My Heart’ have received rotation across mainstream Australian pop stations, the Shazam Charts and in the case of ‘What You Wish For’, made #1 spot in the Pop genre on iTunes Australia. Working on her PULSE project in Los Angeles, JAZZY K has surrounded herself with Grammy winning producers behind records for artists including Bad Bunny, The Kid LAROI and more.

Adding to her growing list of accolades, JAZZY K was personally invited by COLDPLAY to join them onstage for their single ‘We Pray’, delivering an original verse she penned herself across two sold-out Australian stadium shows. Performing to 80,000+ fans each night, the moment underscored her capacity to hold her own on one of the world’s biggest stages.

Sydney fans will be able to celebrate the release of ‘BORED!’ with JAZZY K at her upcoming EP launch.

TRACEY BUNN ‘JUST A HEART (SOUTH OF THE BORDER VERSION)’ (SINGLE)

Patsy Cline meets Flaco Jimenez in this south of the border flavoured take on a relationship breakdown.

Paul Riley from Country Music People UK had this to say about the song in his review of the album:

The album’s best song Just A Heart has two versions; the first begins with thunder and becomes a tender country ballad about the end of a relationship. Even better is the second version, a wonderful burst of Tex-Mex with an accordion bubbling away. Hopefully, Bunn is planning more of this kind of material!

ABOUT THE ALBUM: James Bond meets Marty Robbins in a soundtrack for a Tarantino-esque Spaghetti Western with female leads. This describes the title track of Tracey Bunn’s first self-produced album Another Broken Juliet, a collaboration with lyricist Peter Hayes, 10 tales of broken hearts, murder and desolation.

Another Broken Juliet is a collection of songs originally created as a catalogue for pitching to music libraries for placement in film and TV. Tracey’s fanbase got wind of the new songs and convinced her to release them as an album. And we’re lucky they did!

It is a collaboration between lyricist Peter Hayes and Tracey as composer and producer, this being her first self-produced recording since her solo debut By the Wayside in 2011, produced by Anne McCue.

“I was very fortunate to have friend and fellow Aussie Anne McCue on board as mix engineer on this new album, to guide me through the production process as well as adding her distinctive guitar sound. Anne and I had worked together on my first solo album, By the Wayside in Nashville in 2011. Unfortunately, she had to renege on the mixing job after just two songs to go out on an extensive tour, as an unexpected health issue for me had put production on hold.”

Through a recommendation Tracey reached out to mix engineer Robyn Payne from AD Audio in Melbourne, and mastering engineer Martin Pullan from Edensounds Mastering.

“They were the dream team for me. They totally got what I was looking for from the start, had such a great sense of humour and were super fun to work with.”

Peter’s lyrics are a sharp detour from her usual uplifting stories, and it was a challenge for Tracey to bring to these dark characters and tales of murder and broken hearts some kind of hope through the music she composed. A lot of the songs are a step away from her usual country folk style, but some still have that cheeky accordion and fiddle that you would recognise from her work with Gleny Rae in Toe Sucking Cowgirls.

“The process involved Pete texting me some lyrics and then after reading the first line, I’d know whether I needed to pick up my guitar immediately to get a rough idea of the melody down. I have no idea how these fully formed tunes, complete with instrumentation and arrangements come to me but I’m super grateful that some musician soul with unfinished business is sending them down!”

During the production process, as the songs were finished, Tracey soft released the first 5 songs to her small fan base whose positive reactions gave her encouragement to keep going.

“There were a few times that I fell foul of the dreaded imposter syndrome and wondered what the hell I was doing! But after two and a half years it’s finally done, and I’m proud of what I’ve created.”

Another Broken Juliet is available on all platforms except for Spotify.

Tracey has chosen to join the groundswell of musicians who are boycotting Spotify and not releasing music to the platform due to CEO Daniel Ek’s involvement with Military startup Helsing, and his history of paying artists poverty wages. Her music can be streamed through all other services including TIDAL, Apple Music and YouTube.

“I will not allow my songs to be turned into bombs. Profits made from music should be reinvested in creative arts. Music is not a commodity to make the rich richer. Artists deserve to be paid fairly.”

PRE SALE SIGN UP

“On my first trip to Australia last year, I honestly didn’t know what to expect or how everyone would react to my music, but before I was even off the stage I was already planning on coming back as soon as I could. The Australian people made me feel at home with how engaged and a part of the show they were. Singing every lyric, it’s almost like they did their homework to not only make sure that they had a good time, but that we did as well. And if there’s one thing I learned it’s that Australian’s know how to have a damn good time”
Larry Fleet

Fleet’s Australian tour stands as one of the most anticipated ones this side of 2026, with his latest album ANOTHER YEAR OLDER firmly redefining the artist as one of the best voices to come out of the US country scene. Across his career, Fleet has amassed over 800 million global streams, built a loyal international fanbase, and delivered sold-out headline shows across the US and beyond.

For the Tennessee-born performer, the release of this album put Fleet on more radars around the globe; his soulful voice proving its versatility via thought-provoking songs that marry striking lyricism with captivating arrangements. As both an artist and songwriter, including co-writing Morgan Wallen and Eric Church’s #1 hit ‘Man Made A Bar’ – Fleet continues to expand his influence across the country music landscape.

Returning with a balm for reformed perfectionists, Mornington Peninsula-based songwriter Tig releases new single ‘Morning Pages’, produced by Holy Holy’s Oscar Dawson at Eddie’s Studio. Out Thursday 9 April via AWAL, following being awarded the Vanda & Young Top 10 Global Emerging Songwriter Prize for an unreleased track, this coveted honour is shared by some of Australia’s most celebrated contemporary artists.

A storyteller, deep thinker, and even deeper feeler, Tig’s latest single, ‘Morning Pages,’ is a comfort for fellow creatives and a bridge into her innermost world. To celebrate the single, Tig will be performing an intimate set at Merri Creek Tavern on Sunday 12 April, sharing songs both new and old, joined by local songwriter Kimberley.

The song’s creation was a direct result of a conversation with mentor and artist Ainslie Wills, serving as an essential reminder that music should be fun, and that means finding the things that restore joy to one’s creative practice. Written one sunny afternoon on a bright deck, after listening to an achingly simple John Prine song, the making of this track became Tig’s ultimate method for overcoming her perpetual struggle with perfectionism. Then, brought to life largely by Tig and Oscar and her trusted drummer Hannes Lackmann, the resulting recording was spontaneous and raw, honouring the song’s underlying lesson.

In Tig’s own words: ‘I wrote it in an hour with no edits allowed, recorded the vocals in one take, and left the secret sounds of my studio buried within the track. It’s one of the most humanly vulnerable songs I’ve made, but releasing it in all its realness feels like the perfect antidote to my inner critic’s antics.’

Inspired by her own dismantling and rebuilding over formative life chapters, Tig writes songs that unravel the beautiful messiness of growing up human. She has a remarkable ability to distil big emotions into dreamy folk-pop time capsules. Her intensely personal songs are steeped in hidden meaning and feel like treasured little truths shared between sisters. Her first body of work, Inside Voices (2024), co-produced with Jono Steer, drew rapid attention from the media, peers, and a growing cohort of dedicated fans. Labelled ‘unbelievable’ by Forte Mag, Tig’s debut EP sold out hometown headline shows, a secret 7-inch vinyl run and landed her support slots with Pierce Brothers, Kim Churchill and Ainslie Wills on major stages. Warmly welcomed by the local industry, the EP was featured by AIR, Pilerats, Beat, Triple R, PBS, and a host of community radio stations nationwide.

Don’t miss your opportunity to catch an intimate glimpse of new music from Tig at Merri Creek Tavern this April.

CORROSION OF CONFORMITY – GOOD GOD / BAAD MAN Double Album Out Now + Watch The Video For ‘Asleep On The Killing Floor’

This week marks the official unveiling of Good God / Baad Man, the monumental new double album from American heavy metal icons CORROSION OF CONFORMITY!

“…it’s most definitely COC’s most ambitious album to date, both in length and material,” writes Decibel Magazine in their latest feature on the band. “It literally spans the entire breadth of what the band is capable of from furious punk (‘Gimme Some Moore’) to Southern stoner rock (‘You Or Me’) to melancholy acoustic Americana (‘Brickman’) and maybe even pushes into some new areas (the gospel-inflected doom of ‘Forever Amplified’). This is COC in 2026, led by two musicians separated geographically, but brought together by the shared love of the almighty riff, and keeping the legacy going…”

Rock Hard Germany concurs, “stylistically speaking, CORROSION OF CONFORMITY’s distinctive sonic blend has never been easy to pin down, as too many influences surface within the quartet’s material. From Southern rock and hardcore to sludge and doom – anything that was fun was fair game – and the double album Good God / Baad Man is, of course, no exception; rather, it pushes the quartet’s penchant for experimentation to the absolute limit… Good God / Baad Man is a ‘Gesamtkunstwerk’ – a total work of art – whose multifaceted nature defies easy categorization, yet draws the listener in with an intensity that is all the more profound.”

Blabbermouth gushes, “Best experienced in its languorous, lawless entirety, Good God / Baad Man is by far the most immersive and free-spirited album that CORROSION OF CONFORMITY have ever made. It is also wired to the tits on the same feral, moonshine spirit that has propelled this band through more than four decades of road-hogging commitment to the hard rock cause. Whether you discovered this band through their early days as hardcore firebrands, during their major label ’90s halcyon days, or at any other point along their unique story, this demands to be played as loud as possible and savored like a gift from the gods.”

Adds Metal Addicts, “Sonically, there’s a lot of ground covered. Heavy riffs, mid-tempo grooves, touches of grunge in the vein of Soundgarden, and little details that give it personality – samples, cowbell, and textures that keep things interesting without ever feeling overproduced… What’s most impressive is how natural it all feels. This isn’t a band chasing their past or trying to recreate a specific era. They’ve kept the core COC DNA intact, but they’ve expanded on it— refined the groove, tightened the low end, and let the songs breathe in a way that feels earned.”

More on CORROSION OF CONFORMITY: Much has gone down in the CORROSION OF CONFORMITY universe since their last album smacked us upside the head. Back in 2018, when No Cross No Crown dropped like a rock ‘n’ roll atom bomb, the tried-and-true CORROSION OF CONFORMITY line-up of Pepper Keenan (vocals, guitar), Woody Weatherman (guitar), Reed Mullin (drums), and Mike Dean (bass) was still going strong. Four brothers united in a decades-long history kicked off by a roving pack of teenage punks in Raleigh, North Carolina circa 1982.

CORROSION OF CONFORMITY’s first four albums left a permanent mark on headbangers, longhairs, and street punks everywhere: Underground classics Eye For An Eye (1984) and Animosity (1985) followed by slightly more overground bangers Blind (1991) and Deliverance (1994). By the time CORROSION OF CONFORMITY carved off No Cross No Crown nearly a quarter century later, they were legends in their own time, revered by two generations of punk, metal, and rock fans.

Then tragedy struck: In January 2020, Reed Mullin left this earthly plane. It was a devastating blow, both personally and professionally. How do you replace a brother? You can’t. All you can do is soldier on in his memory. Which is what the rest of CORROSION OF CONFORMITY did – until COVID-19 shut down the globe. Then Mike Dean decided to go his own way. It was an amicable split, but it left Pepper and Woody to contemplate their next move. They hunkered down at Keenan’s place in Mississippi, listening to all the music they love. Discharge. ZZ Top. Motörhead. Neil Young. Black Sabbath.

They started writing. They didn’t stop; not for a long time. In fact, they composed a massive double album. “As we went on, we had such a crazy plethora of songs, it was almost like two different directions,” Pepper says. “We knew we had to split it into two different albums. Then we came up with this concept.”

The concept happens to be the title of the record. It’s called Good God / Baad Man. “Our producer, Warren Riker, kept calling it Dark Side Of The Doom,” recalls Pepper. “In my head, it’s a weird love letter to all things rock ‘n’ roll. We used that for the freedom to go in different directions. Each album is its own tiny universe and has its own identity. Good God leans toward the heavier/pissed end of the spectrum. Baad Man is more on the throwdown rock scope. As we went along, it became clear which songs went on which album.”

They brought in drummer Stanton Moore, who played on CORROSION OF CONFORMITY’s 2005 album, In The Arms Of God. They brought in bassist Bobby “Rock” Landgraf, who did time with Pepper in New Orleans heavyweights Down when he wasn’t terrorizing the locals in his own band, Honky. “With a lot of these songs, we’re trying to make Reed Mullin proud,” Pepper says. “He was a badass, and a one-of-a-kind drummer. And the stakes were high.”

SF WRENS DEBUT FRESH NEW SINGLE ‘THE FINISH LINE’

Developing a strong connection through a shared love of music’s kinetic elements, Newcastle collective SF WRENS have become a staple of their local scene in recent years.

Their evolution over years spent fusing a diverse range of influences across realms of hip hop, funk and jazz, while injecting a signature attitude into the music that captivates, has brought SF WRENS a strong following. And with their return for 2026, the group is excited to share their latest track, ‘THE FINISH LINE’.

The new single from SF WRENS continues to build on the sonic foundations expertly laid by the band; marked by high energy, confident melodies and riffs that buoy a natural confidence in performance. The band themselves have admitted that it is hard to pin their own sound down, yet the essence of SF WRENS – heard on this track – is tethered to a central dedication to connection.

“The themes in our music aim to bring people into the present moment. To realise life is absurd, dark and difficult, but also beautiful and fun. Musically we draw from so many styles and influences, our biggest issue is actually that no one can pin down what our sound is. We used to find that a problem, but are beginning to realise that this is one of our strengths.”

“Our process changes from song to song, generally driven from lyrical ideas brought to the band by Duncan Woods, then sculpted in the rehearsal studio and taken to the stage when it’s very undercooked. It’s there that the musical ideas take their final shape which is always terrifying but pretty exciting. In the case of ‘The Finish Line’, Duncan freestyled the verses for nearly a year before they were set in stone, musical interludes came and went until we settled on the final arrangement we recorded.

The band is dynamic live, we leave space for improv and moods to take shape in the music, when something is hot, we generally all recognise that and that’s how our songs exit the kiln.”
