The Forum in Melbourne roared to life when riotous Irish folk-punk collective The Mary Wallopers hit the stage on their final gig of their 2025 Australian tour, fresh off the release of their fiery new single The Juice. Known for turning tradition on its head with humour, heart and a healthy dose of chaos, the Dundalk seven-piece brought the mayhem they’ve been unleashing on sold-out stages across Europe straight to Australian shores.
Kicking things off were local punk heroes Drunk Mums, proving exactly why they’ve long been hailed as cult favourites and cited as a major influence by The Chats. From start to finish, it was a night of sweat, stomp and singalongs – and photographer David Harris was there to capture every moment.
