Introducing the Defender Colour Collection, comprised of 8 limited-edition Silver Sky colourways inspired by the Land Rover Defender and personally selected by PRS Signature Artist John Mayer.
The Defender Colour Collection includes four classic colors on the US-made Silver Sky: Willow Green, Portofino Red, Sandglow Yellow, and Arles blue. Only 500 of each of these colors will be made. The SE Silver Sky model will also get four new contemporary color options: Petra Copper, Sedona Red, Carpathian Grey, and Woolstone Green. In a first for any Silver Sky model, the SE will also feature black pickguards and control knobs! The SE models will be available for a limited time.

PRS SILVER SKY DEFENDER – LIMITED EDITION
This colourway started with Mayer’s own Arles Blue Land Rover Defender – a colour that felt just as compelling on a guitar as it did on the vehicle that inspired it. Some of Defender’s most memorable colourways pair vibrant body colors with a contrasting black or white roof. That signature use of contrast helped shape the design language of this collection. From Mayer’s vintage Defender, a palette of four heritage finishes were chosen: Arles Blue, Willow Green, Portofino Red, and Sandglow Yellow.
SE SILVER SKY DEFENDER – LIMITED EDITION
The Silver Sky has never been shy about color. For this limited edition, Mayer and PRS looked beyond the guitar world to the contemporary Defender palette, drawing from decades of history and more than 900 colors to select four finishes that give the SE Silver Sky a fresh, modern character: Petra Copper, Sedona Red, Carpathian Grey, and Woolstone Green. Each is paired with a black pickguard – a first for the Silver Sky model – creating a striking new take on a guitar built to be played. A custom neck plate unique to the run and custom gig bag complete the package.
