It is with deep regret that Australis Music Group must cancel the Manuel Gardner Fernandes Guitar Clinics.
Due to a medical complication, Australis Music Group (AMG) is in the difficult position of canceling the upcoming Manuel Gardner Fernandes Guitar Clinics. First and foremost, we wish Manuel a speedy recovery. This is obviously an unfortunate matter for all involved. While AMG is disappointed in not being able to bring this generational talent to Australia, Manuel’s health and recovery is the absolute priority.
Message from Manuel
“Last week, one of my eardrums ruptured following flying with an unnoticed ear infection. It is terrifying when you suddenly cannot hear out of one of your ears. There are so many exciting things going on for me right now, but these things happen, and now I have to pivot. While my focus is on healing, it is a process that will take some time, and my Doctors strictly forbid me to do any flying for the weeks to come. This means that together with the fantastic people of Ibanez in Japan & Soundgroup in Australia, we took the difficult decision to cancel my upcoming Australia Clinic tour. I am really sad about this as I was looking forward to returning to my fans & friends in Australia. Hopefully, we can make up for this in the near future!”- MGF
