Live Nation Australia regret to advise that the Stereophonics Australian Spring Tour has been cancelled due to medical advice relating to a band member’s health.
Live Nation shares the deep disappointment at this news and sincerely regrets any inconvenience this cancellation may cause to ticket holders.

“I am gutted, saddened and disappointed to inform you all, that due to a displaced jaw joint (not caused by singing folks – just one of life’s tense dizzying mysteries!) the upcoming Australia and Dubai shows are cancelled. Refunds will be given at point of purchase. Flying long distance is not medically advised.
The UK tour in December is still set to go ahead as planned. I have cancelled no more than 4 shows in 30 years and I hope you can trust this decision was not taken lightly. I work hard to put on a great show every night; my prep starts in the morning through to showtime. I respect you as audience members and I respect my crew and band brothers, the bed on which I lay, too much to travel with a doubt. Physio rehabilitation and healing is the priority right now. This cancellation comes amid a particularly active period for Stereophonics, who have continued to build on more than 25 years of global success.
Earlier this year, the band released their thirteenth studio album, Make ‘Em Laugh, Make ‘Em Cry, Make ‘Em Wait, a concise, high-energy record that critics praised for its honesty and craftsmanship. The album features singles “There’s Always Gonna Be Something” and “Seems Like You Don’t Know Me”, both highlighting the band’s signature blend of melodic grit and emotional candour.
The release coincided with a sold-out North American tour, followed by a string of major European and UK summer shows. Their upcoming UK arena tour in December is still scheduled to proceed, including dates in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, and Liverpool, where fans can expect a career-spanning setlist of classics alongside new material.
Outside of Stereophonics, frontman Kelly Jones has remained creatively prolific, releasing his acclaimed solo album Inevitable Incredible and collaborating on the side project Far From Saints, whose debut album entered the UK Top 5. Drummer Jamie Morrison has also expanded his musical ventures through the project 86TVs, while continuing his long-standing role in Stereophonics.

No action is required. Refunds will be automatically processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and should appear in your account within 30 days.
If tickets were transferred to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser from Ticketmaster or Ticketek.
While the cancellation of the Australian shows is deeply disappointing, the band and management emphasise that this decision was made only after careful consultation with medical professionals. Kelly Jones’ health and recovery remain the top priority, and Stereophonics look forward to returning to Australia as soon as possible.
